How PetNGo works
One booking covers the stay and the journey there and back. You always know who has your pet.
Step 1: Find a stay
Search by your address and dates. You see hosts within reach who accept your pet's species and size, with real reviews and photos. Exact addresses stay private until a booking is confirmed.
Step 2: Request and hold
Choose pickup, return, both or none. You see the full price before you pay. Your card is only authorised; you're charged when the host accepts. If they don't answer in 24 hours, the hold is released.
Step 3: Door-to-door pickup
A verified PetNGo driver claims the trip. On the day you see their name, car and ETA. They confirm pickup with a photo and your 4-digit code.
Step 4: Check-in at the host
The host checks your pet in with a photo and ticks off belongings and medication. You get a notification the moment your pet arrives.
Step 5: Updates during the stay
Hosts post photo updates — we nudge them if 20 hours pass without one. Message them any time inside PetNGo.
Step 6: Home and review
The driver brings your pet home and you confirm with one tap. Then review the host and driver; hosts and drivers are paid 24 hours later.
For hosts and drivers
Hosts board pets in their own home and set their prices, calendar and house rules. Drivers are independent and choose the trips they want. Both apply, pass verification and get paid to their bank through Stripe.
