What pet owners pay
The host sets the nightly price. Second-pet discounts, holiday surcharges and a medication fee are shown on each stay. Transport is priced per leg from the road distance. All prices are in euros and include VAT where it applies.

Cancellations and refunds
- Flexible: full refund up to 24 hours before check-in, then 50%.
- Moderate: full refund up to 5 days before, 50% until 24 hours before, then nothing.
- Strict: 50% up to 7 days before, then nothing.
- Transport is fully refunded until a driver claims the trip.
- The service fee is refunded only if the host cancels or doesn't answer in time.
What hosts and drivers receive
Hosts receive the stay price minus their commission; drivers receive the trip fare minus theirs. Money is paid to your bank 24 hours after the booking completes, unless an incident or dispute is open. Monthly and yearly statements are in your earnings page.
