Verified hosts and drivers
- Photo ID checked by our team before anyone can host or drive.
- Hosts answer a home-safety questionnaire; new listings are reviewed during a host's first 90 days.
- Drivers upload licence and insurance, have their vehicle approved and pass an animal-handling quiz.
- Expired documents pause an account automatically until they're renewed.
Custody you can see
Pickup needs a photo plus your confirmation or 4-digit code, with time and location recorded. Drop-off needs a photo, and the trip only completes when the host checks your pet in — or you confirm your pet is home.
If something goes wrong
Report a problem from the booking page at any time. Pet-at-risk reports are answered within 15 minutes, custody questions within 30 minutes. Payouts are held while an incident or dispute is open.

Your privacy
- Public pages show only an approximate location; the exact address is shared after a booking is confirmed.
- Drivers see your address only from claiming the trip until 24 hours after it ends.
- Photo location data is removed on upload; documents are stored privately with short-lived links.
- Phone numbers and emails typed in messages are hidden so payments and support stay on PetNGo.
