What do I need to drive?
An approved application, driving licence, ID and insurance, an approved vehicle with pet restraints, the driver agreement, the handling quiz (80% to pass) and a bank account for payouts.
How do I get trips?
Open trips in your radius and for the sizes you carry appear on your board. The first driver to claim gets it.
Can I give a trip back?
Yes. It's free until 24 hours before the window; later releases lower your reliability score.
What if the owner isn't there?
Log two contact attempts. 15 minutes after the window ends you can mark a no-show and you receive the no-show fee.
