How do I become a host?

Apply from the Partners page: tell us about your home, upload photo ID and complete the safety questionnaire. Our team reviews every application.

When do I get paid?

24 hours after the booking completes, straight to your bank through Stripe, minus the host commission shown before you publish.

Do I have to accept every request?

No. You have 24 hours to accept or decline. Cancelling after accepting refunds the owner in full and affects your standing.

What must I do during a stay?

Check the pet in and out with a photo, tick off belongings, log medication and post updates — we'll remind you after 20 hours without one.
